Affare per Pallotta: Friedkin paga 790 milioni
Pallotta – Friedkin, la trattativa di cessione ha esito positivo, si attendono i comunicati
Come già vi avevamo annunciato ieri sulla nostra pagina Facebook la trattativa è stata conclusa ed entrambe le parti sono state accontentate, dunque nelle prossime ore inizieranno le operazioni che porteranno al passaggio definitivo della società da James Pallotta al miliardario Dan Friedkin.
Friedkin, CEO della Friedkin Companies, per l’acquisto dell’AS Roma verserà ben 790 milioni di euro, di cui 272 per i debiti e 150 milioni per l’aumento di capitale (di cui 50 milioni già nelle prossime 48 ore).

I just launched my small businesses site –also built in wordpress like yours– but
the theme slows (!) the site down quite a bit.
